Vineesh Vidyadharan, the Founder and Chief Executive of Vineesh and Associates, has 25 years of experience in the field of Architecture, Civil Engineering Valuation, Designing & Supervision of Commercial buildings, Rate Analysis, and consultancy. He also holds the position of Managing Director at Elevated Lines, a prominent company specializing in engineering, architecture, valuation, and town planning. Vineesh holds qualifications in B.Tech, PGDBA, M.Plan in Town and Country Planning, D.T.Arch, Concrete Technology from IIT(M), and has completed Project Management courses from IIM(R) and IIT(K). Additionally, he has pursued Valuation from IBBI, making him a very well-rounded professional. Vineesh Vidyadharan is a highly respected town planner, chartered engineer, and architectural consultant. Vineesh has 23 years of experience in the field of valuation for financial institutions including the State Bank of India, The Federal Bank Ltd., Indian Oil Corporation, LIC of India, BSNL and many more. He was also a consultant for many leading builders in Kerala including Hi–Lite Builders. His unique designs and writeups have been published and telecasted by popular magazines, dailies and channels such as Vanitha, Designer and Builder, Mathrubhumi, Manorama Online, RED FM, Asianet Radio Dubai, etc. His expertise in the field has led to him being recognized as a government-approved Land and Building Valuer.
